We are seeking a Talent Acqusition Coordinator to join our award-winning business. Our main hub in Scotland is at the Auchincruive Estate near to Ayr. This role is hybrid in terms of location so will be based between the office and home.
This role sits within the busy and growing EMEA Talent Acquisition Team. To succeed in this role, you will need good understanding of recruitment principles, excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and project management skills. You will need to be creative, adaptable and commercially astute with an eagerness to learn.
This role would suit someone who is perhaps considering their first move in-house from an agency role, or someone who is an accomplished HR Administrator with an interest in specialising in Talent Acquisition. It may also suit a university graduate looking for their first role in a Human Resources team.
The work itself is vital to the success of the business and brings with it the opportunity to succeed and to progress with a great organisation which leads the market in its field.
Key Responsibilities include:
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in the development of the function across the EMEA region
Sourcing for candidates against detailed vacancy briefs
Processing psychometric assessments
Onboarding candidates successfully to ensure smooth commencement
Purchase order management
Compliance and operational activities
Skills & Experience required includes:
Prior experience of carrying out the key activities described is advantageous
Ability to communicate with people at all levels of an organisation
Ability to build relationships
Excellent organisational skills
Strong capability to work with systems and processes
Sound judgement and ability to make decisions when faced with ambiguity
