Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee-centric & digital process design

Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional stakeholders to design and deliver impactful business solutions

Design optimal HR business solutions that deliver employee centric outcomes as well as scale and efficiency within the enterprise

Deliver streamlined, cost-effective end-to-end processes across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries to bring efficiency and effectiveness through integration and automation

Facilitate global HR process and solutions workshops as part of change and transformation agenda

Apply design thinking and process improvement methods to resolve complex problem statements and deliver employee centric outcomes

Product ownership

Accountable for maintaining end to end processes documentation under your scope globally

Setup metrics, evaluate results and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities within the processes and solutions under your scope

Identify impacts across processes, roles and HR systems, including Workday and Service Management tool to deliver end to end processes

Own the HR Administration processes and solutions within in your scope, with focus on better outcomes

Act as the process and solutions SME on such processes and solutions, within system related projects, functional system enhancements and on-going business as usual development or escalations

Work in partnership with HRIS on the development and delivery of HR system enhancements

Performance management

Monitor and review the performance of HR employee lifecycle services globally, with a forward-looking perspective, working in partnership with global vendors and regional HR Operations teams

Ensure effective and efficient operations and delivery of services within global frameworks

Lead analysis of volumes, trends and employee feedback to proactively identify service and process improvement opportunities across HR Operations domains

Measure the outcomes of process improvement initiatives and leverage analytics and storytelling to communicate benefits and engage stakeholders

Manage contractual relationships with global providers that deliver HR Operations in multiple countries

Confident SME on the service delivery model, operational processes, HR Admin processes and operations technologies


Skills and experiences


Proven track record in end-to-end process and solutions design, including earlier experience in process mapping and workflow design tools (i.e. MS Visio)

Knowledge and demonstrable experience of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean

Knowledge and demonstrable experience in design thinking methods and practices (planning and leading design workshops, design sprints and delivery)
